Position Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Flexible (4-day work week option)
About the Opportunity:
Join a thriving, established urology practice in Tulsa, Oklahoma, offering an exceptional opportunity to work with a collaborative team of 4 Urologists, 2 Physician Assistants, and 1 Nurse Practitioner. Enjoy a flexible schedule, state-of-the-art facilities, and a robust referral network from Utica Park Physicians and independent referring providers.
Position Highlights:
Flexible schedule – 4-day work week or alternate models considered
APP support for inpatient and outpatient care
Dedicated block OR time and cystoscopy room
First assist available for surgical cases
Access to Da Vinci robotic system (use optional)
Full complement of urologic services supported by regional surgical oncology program
Well-equipped clinic for in-office procedures
EMR: EPIC
Typical Schedule:
2 clinic days/week (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) – balance of time in OR depending on case load
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + wRVU production incentives
