- Start Date: 12/22
- 22-Dec 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- 23-Dec 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- 24-Dec 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- 25-Dec 8a-8a
- 26-Dec 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- 27-Dec 8a-8a
- 28-Dec 8a-8a
Work Details:
- Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
- Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
- Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
- Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Bed size: 99
- Robotics: No
- Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
- Disposable flexible stethoscopes
- Doctor will phone interview
Practice Setting:
- Hospital
Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or BE
- License Required: AZ License - or IMLC
- DEA: Yes
- CSR: No
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
