Shift Description
-- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (unpaid 1-hour lunch)
-- Includes clinic, procedure room, and night call
-- At least 4 days of call per month
-- Day rate includes clinic + outpatient procedures + pager call
-- Flexibility for potential weekends PRN
-- Call response time: 30 minutes
-- Inpatient and outpatient coverage

Call Details
-- Average # of phone consults: 2-3
-- Average # of patients seen: 2-3
-- Average # of admissions: 2-3

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- ACLS Certification
-- Licensed in AZ or IMLC
-- Adult and pediatric experience
-- Fellowship preferred
-- Clean Malpractice required

Required Procedures
-- Advanced endoscopic techniques
-- Laparoscopic surgeries
-- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
-- Ureteroscopy
-- Radical prostatectomy and cystectomy w/ ileo-loop conduit
-- Pelvic node dissection
-- Robotic surgery – partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound
-- Adrenalectomy
-- TRUS biopsies
-- Fertility work-up
-- Incontinence
-- Penile prosthesis
-- ESWL
-- Renal transplant surgery

Assignment Details
-- Provider required to supervise APP
-- Resident or teaching supervision required
-- EMR: UHS Cerner
-- Patient encounters per shift: 25–30
-- Beds in department: 10
-- Facility trauma level: 5
-- Support staff: 1 APP, 2 MA, 4 office staff
-- Rounding and admissions
-- Temporary privileges available

Additional Notes
-- Physicians must document call-back and overtime hours with supporting notes in timesheets
-- Overtime requires pre-approval (hours over 40)
-- Call-back excludes travel time
-- Telephone calls and chart reviews do not count as on-site call-back
-- Physician not required to remain on-site during call support
