ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to provide both clinic and hospital call coverage for adult patients. The role involves managing general urology cases, rounding, seeing clinic patients, and handling consults, with support for full travel expenses. This opportunity includes several urgent coverage dates in December 2025, with potential for ongoing needs into 2026.

Dates / Schedule

• December 1 (7 a.m.) – December 5 (5 p.m.)

• December 8 (7 a.m.) – December 19 (5 p.m.)

• December 22 (7 a.m.) – December 26 (5 p.m.)

• Clinic and hospital call coverage

• Adults only; 2–5 patients per day

• EMR: EPIC

Job Details / Responsibilities

• Provide clinic and hospital call coverage, including rounding, consults, and general urology procedures.

• Manage adult patients exclusively.

• Participate in general urology surgical and non-surgical care.

• Work collaboratively with hospital staff and other specialists to ensure high-quality patient care.

• Must adhere to credentialing and compliance standards outlined by Saint Joseph and Trinity Health.

Credentialing Timelines

• Payer Enrollment: 90–120 days (requires IN license, CSR, DEA, demographics, and signed forms)

• Hospital Privileges: 45–60 days from submission of complete application
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – Required

• Active Indiana medical license – Required

• Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS) and DEA registration – Required

• ACLS certification – Required

• Robotics training – Highly Preferred (indicate at submission)

• Availability must be provided upon name clear – Required
