Job Title: Urologist – Locum to Perm

Location: Greenville, SC (Details available upon request)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urologist to provide locum coverage with the potential for permanent placement at a reputable hospital. This role offers a primarily inpatient focus and allows for flexible scheduling during designated coverage periods. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality urological care within a collaborative, hospital-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive urological care to adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient setting.
  • Perform general urological procedures, including ureteroscopy and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with a team of Urologists and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Support inpatient services on a 7-day-week basis, assisting with rounds, consults, and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.

Qualifications:
  • Medical Degree (MD/DO) with Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in South Carolina.
  • Proven experience in general urology and ureteroscopy procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage inpatient care duties.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.

Coverage Details:

  • Open Dates for Locum Coverage:
    • May 8–11
    • May 29–June 1
    • June 12–15
    • June 26–29
    • July 17–20
    • July 24–27

  • This position requires minimal coverage during these periods, primarily supporting inpatient care needs.

  • Will work alongside a team of five urologists, ensuring a collaborative practice environment.
