- Date: Dec 2025 - April 2026
- Schedule: full time clinic coverage and 2-3 days of OR time
- Call is beeper with 30-minute response time
- Practice Setting: Outpatient, inpatient
- Trauma level 3
- Patient Volume: average 16 per shift in clinic
- Procedures: general urology procedures
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WI license (will wait for license), BC, BLS, Fellowship required
- Credentialing: 90 days, temps available
