- Adult Urology and Laparoscopic Surgeries REQUIRED
- Full Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 Mid-Level
- Must have Active ABLS, ACLS, ATLSA, BLS, PALS
- NM or IMLC License
- 12 Day Credential
- No Call
- 15-20 Patients Per Shift
