Clinic and OR coverage
Monday - Friday (8-4:30)
No weekends
Will need provider with active license and clean history for temp privileges
Scope of Work
I need someone who can provide clinic and do surgery only. No call requirements
I need them to be here at least one week a month if not more 2 weeks would be preferred.
I need them to have already have a NM license
We need them to have availability starting in Nov or Dec.
• Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding.
• Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing
• Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes. Please refer to contract terms. All such fees are the responsibility of the vendor and must be satisfied to proceed with any assignment.
