- Date: January - ongoing
- Schedule: M-F only, Clinic hours 8a-4p, 24hr shifts 7a-7a
- Will be working at multiple sister sites
- One week per month with overnight call
- EMR: Epic/Cerner
- Will not work solo
- Requirements: PA license (will wait for license), BC/BE, DEA, minimum 3 years of experience
- Credentialing: estimated 90 days
