Urology Physician Locums Job in Georgia
Facility in Georgia needs assistance with call coverage as they continue to search for a permanent provider.
Details/Requirements:
--Expected start 2026 (3-4 month credentialing timeline)
--Two weeks/month of call coverage needed
--Expected length of assignment 6 months, with possibility to extend
--Beeper-call coverage only, no clinic
--Four other MDs in group
--No APP support on weekends
--Volume: one to two per day per hospital
--Two hospitals (15 minutes apart)
--EPIC EMR
--Rare instance of pediatric patients as one location has a pediatric ER (can transfer out or pediatric surgeon also on call)
--Almost 600 beds at one location and around 100 at the other
--Level 2 Trauma Center
