Shift Details: 7am Friday – 7am Monday
Patients per day: 1-2 on Friday. Saturday and Sunday variable but usually 5-10 consults per day with occasional need for OR (stents/stones/clot evacuation, etc.)
- Patient population/age: 18+
- Department description: Level 4 trauma
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital bed size: 189
- Special procedures: Must do all General Urology procedures

- Board Certification: required
- State license required: required
- DEA: required
- Certifications preferred:
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
