I’m reaching out with a high-paying Urology locum opportunity in Arizona starting December 6, 2025. This assignment offers a mix of clinic, OR, and premium call pay, with a quick 30-day credentialing process — ideal for end-of-year coverage or providers looking to lock in a winter assignment early.
💰 Pay & Schedule
- Rate: $350–$400/hr
- Call Pay: Reach out for details
- Dates Needed:
• Dec 6–7 (24-hr)
• Dec 8–12 (Day + Night Beeper Call)
• Dec 13–14 (24-hr) - Schedule:
• Days: 8a–5p (with 1-hr lunch)
• Nights: 5p–8a beeper call
• 24-hr shifts on weekends
🏥 Clinical Details
- Specialty: Urology
- Setting: Hospital, 99-bed facility
- Support: 1 PA, no other MDs on site
- Clinic Volume: ~20 pts/day
- Procedures: 10–15 per week; 3–4 OR surgeries/day
- Special Procedures: Vasectomy, infant circumcision (not required)
- EMR: Cerner
- No Robotics
✅ Requirements
- Board Certification: BC/BE in Urology
- License: AZ - Willing to License
- DEA: Required
- Experience: 1+ year
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
