Urologist – Wisconsin (1 Hour from O’Hare International Airport)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $600,000+ (DOE) + RVU productivity incentive.

  • Productivity Bonus: % of collections or RVU-based incentive.

  • Relocation Assistance: Provided.

  • CME: 5 days + $5,000 annual allowance.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive urology care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions.

Perform outpatient procedures and inpatient consults as needed.

Participate in surgical cases, including the opportunity to incorporate robotics or other subspecialty interests.

Collaborate with a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and experienced clinical staff.

Engage in community outreach and maintain strong referral relationships.

Document all patient encounters in compliance with medical and legal standards.

Participate in shared call responsibilities (light call 1:3).

Qualifications

MD or DO with completion of accredited Urology residency/fellowship.

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Urology.

Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a community setting.

Skills

Proficiency in general urology procedures and patient management.

Surgical expertise, with optional focus in subspecialties such as robotics, oncology, or men’s health.

Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and bedside manner.

Ability to balance autonomy with teamwork in a physician-led environment.
