Urologist – Southern Oregon
Position Overview
Join a well-established group of five urologists and six advanced practice providers, supported by excellent staff in Southern Oregon.
Opportunity Highlights
- Year 1 & 2: Higher of guaranteed $540,000 or $/wRVU compensation plan
- Year 3: $/wRVU-based salary with additional incentives (up to 10%)
- Call rotation participation at $1,350 per shift
- $50,000 signing bonus
- Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
- $7,000 annual CME allowance
