Job Responsibilities
• Perform general urology procedures (adults only).
• Manage 2–5 patients per day with EPIC EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in weekend and occasional holiday coverage as needed.
Qualifications
• Active IN License (or IMLC eligible)
• CDS Certification, DEA, ACLS – REQUIRED
• Robotics Training – Highly Preferred
• Willingness to provide consistent coverage (locum-to-perm track available)
Working Hours
• Night Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Flexible options: Clinic + Call OR 24-hour Call Only

• Urologic surgical and procedural expertise
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Excellent communication and EMR documentation skills
