Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Urology Physician (MD) to join our team in northwest AR. This is a permanent position offering a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Monday–Friday, with a half day on Friday (option for 4-day, 10-hour schedule)
- Patients: 20–25 per clinic day
- Call: Weekend call is 1:4 (approx. 10 shifts per month total)
- Clinic + OR procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- $780k+ earnings
- Commencement Bonus: $40,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
