Rutland Regional Medical Center, Vermont’s largest community hospital and a regional referral center serving over 85,000 residents, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its established hospital-employed practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice general urology while having the flexibility to pursue subspecialty interests, all within a supportive and collegial environment.
Position Highlights:

General Urology: Bread-and-butter urology with the option to incorporate subspecialty focus

Balanced Schedule: Four-day workweek (3 clinic days, 1 OR day, 1 admin day)

Call Schedule: Manageable 1:4 call rotation, shared equitably

Supportive Environment: Well-equipped ORs, skilled surgical staff, and collaborative medical teams
