Urology Opportunity – Effingham Community in Mattoon, IL Full-Time Position • Opportunity to expand services from an established, busy practice in Mattoon, IL. • Flexibility to build your practice as you prefer and determine your desired workload. • High earning potential for motivated and efficient physicians. Compensation & Benefits • $700,000 base salary + bonus based on RVU production. • $100,000 sign-on bonus. • $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years). • Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary). • 33 days of paid time off. • 5 days + $6,000 CME allowance annually.
