- What Percentage (%) of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric: 100% adult and geriatric
- What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient, Inpatient: 100% inpatient
- Will Other Urologists be Present During Locum's Assignment: yes

Required Areas and Procedures:
- General Urology, Ureteroscopy
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
- Active SC license (will accept providers needing to obtain state license
- ACLS, BLS - REQUIRED
- DEA - REQUIRED
- MUST be available to provide coverage of up to 6 days per month - REQUIRED
