Job description
We are seeking board-certified urologists to provide ongoing coverage at a facility in Florida. This role includes clinic, inpatient rounding, OR cases, ER consults, and call coverage. The practice serves an adult population and offers a mix of scheduled procedures and outpatient visits.
Job Responsibilities
Cover clinic, operating room, inpatient rounding, ER calls, and outpatient surgeries
Manage an average of 25 patients per shift
Collaborate with support staff in a 30-bed department
Participate in scheduled weekly rotation:
Monday: OR
Tuesday: Clinic
Wednesday: Clinic
Thursday: OR
Friday: Clinic
(If OR not booked, clinic days are added)
Qualifications
Active Florida license or IMLC
Fellowship preferred
ACLS and BLS required
Working Hours
Ongoing need beginning 10/27/2025
Call coverage required 24/7/365, shared among 2–3 physicians
Credentialing timeframe: ~60 days
Skills
Inpatient and outpatient surgical experience
Strong clinical decision-making and ER consult management
