- All shifts end the following day at 7a.
- Sept 8-14
- Oct 4-5
- Oct 20-26
- Oct 27-Nov 2
- Nov 3-9
- Nov 10-16
- Nov 23-30
- Dec 1-7
- Dec 8-14
- Dec 15-21
- Dec 22-28
- Dec 29-Jan 4
- Ongoing dates will be needed and will begin starting Nov 3, 2025 as schedules are released.
Job Responsibilities
Site needs 3 weeks per month for locum coverage in total.
Monday-Friday - 7a-5p + 5p-7a (night call) & Saturday-Sunday - 24hr call (7a-7a)
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
FTE: .5
Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing Clinic patients & general urology surgeries
OR time for various procedures
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
Reason for Coverage: 3 locums require 6 month break.
Qualifications
Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of presentation)
Active BLS
Active DEA
Working Hours
Monday-Friday - 7a-5p (onsite), 5p-7a (night call); Sat-Sun (7a-7a) - 24 hour call
