We are currently recruiting a highly skilled Locum Physician specializing in Neurology to support clinical services in Jackson, Michigan. Required Skills:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with valid and active medical license
  • Board Certification in Neurology
  • Proven experience in outpatient neurology practice
  • Proficiency in interpreting radiologic exams and EMGs
  • Ability to administer Botox treatments
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working within Epic EMR system
  • Knowledge of trauma level 2 facility protocols
  • Prior experience in a hospital or multi-specialty clinic setting
  • Additional familiarity with neurodiagnostic procedures and advanced neurology interventions

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school
  • At least 2 years of active clinical practice in neurology
  • Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to start as soon as credentialed (anticipated credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days)
  • Reliability in adhering to scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative setting with onsite staff including RN Navigator, Medical Assistants, and Customer Service Representatives
  • Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing policies
  • No travel reimbursements provided; all credentialing and background check fees are the responsibility of the provider
