Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to provide clinic and call coverage this December, with potential for ongoing coverage extending into 2026. The provider will manage adult patients only, performing general urology procedures in both clinic and hospital settings. Full travel coverage is provided.
Compensation

Rate: $3,200 per 24-hour call shift (includes 8 hours gratis)

Call Back Rate: $350 per hour

Credentialing Timeline

Hospital Privileges: 45–60 days from complete application submission

Payer Enrollment: 90–120 days from receipt of required documents (IN license, IN CSR, DEA, and enrollment forms)
Job Responsibilities
Cover both clinic and hospital call during assigned dates.
Manage adult-only patient population (2–5 patients per day).
Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC EMR system.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary hospital teams to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
Active Indiana medical license at time of submission – Required
Controlled Substance Registration (CSR/CDS) and DEA registration – Required
ACLS certification – Required
Robotics training – Highly Preferred (please indicate at time of name clear)
Clean malpractice history preferred
Willingness to complete payer enrollment and credentialing process
Working Hours
Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Weekend Coverage: Occasional weekends required.
Urgent Coverage Dates:
Tuesday, December 9 – Friday, December 19, 2025 (7a–5p)
Monday, December 22 – Friday, December 26, 2025 (7a–5p)
Ongoing needs continuing into 2026 (dates TBD)
Skills
Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
Excellent communication and patient care abilities
Capable of working independently under 24-hour call conditions
