A well established physician-led health system is seeking a motivated Urologist to provide high quality care to their community.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Competitive base salary well over the 75th percentile + wRVU Incentives + Quality and Value-Based bonuses
• Opportunity to buy into the surgery center for additional revenue stream
• Generous $100K commencement package.
• Enjoy a true 4-day work week with reasonable call and low burden - APPs take first call
• 2 DaVinci Robots

• 6+ weeks of paid time off + 7 days for CME and $5K allowance
• 100K student loan repayment + PSLF Eligibility
