- Required Procedures/Skills: - Fac 1 & 2: Cystoscopy in office and bread & butter urology procedures in OR. - Galesburg: Strong OP focus.

Requirements:
- Active IL License or IMLC
- BC/BE
- DEA & CSR
- BLS, ACLS
