• Specialty: 2.0 FTE Urologists
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Facility Location: Clarksburg, WV
• Service Setting: Inpatient
• Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Clinical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4pm
• Call Schedule:
Weekday Call: Mon-Fri, 4pm–7:30am
Weekend Call: Sat 7:30am–Sun 7:30am and/or Sun 7:30am – Mon 7:30am
• Call Type: Pager or Mobile Phone (Physician to carry pager or cell phone at all times while on-call)
• Call Ratio: Urologist shall provide weeknight call an average of 10 days per month, and weekend call coverage an average of one (1) weekend per month.
• Call Response Time: On-call providers must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 60 minutes.

Please note: Physicians who have ever had a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
