JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Illinois license or IMLC in-hand required
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: None specified
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide urology services in clinic, OR, and hospital settings
• Perform cystoscopies and routine urology surgeries
• Participate in 24-hour weekend call and after-hours weekday call
• Respond to ER and inpatient urology consults as needed
