Opportunity Year one and two: Higher of $/wRVU compensation plan or guarantee of $540,000 Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 10% Participate in call rotation at $1,350 per shift $50,000 signing bonus Up to $15,000 relocation assistance $7,000 annual CME allowance Benefits and rewards Tuition reimbursement Student loan repayment assistance Earned time off — 30 days per year.
