Urology Need in Iowa Located in Mason City, IA Permanent Position & Full-Time Seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join practice.
- Join 2 physicians and 2 PAs
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient
- 91 days of call required per physician per year. $792 per call day after 91 days Benefits:
- $513,066 plus excess call plus bonus RVU = $66.71
- Base is guaranteed for 2 years, 6 weeks of PTO as non shareholder and 8 weeks once they become a shareholder
- 2 year track to shareholdership
- Call Pay
- $5500 CME allowance as non-shareholder and $10,000 once they become a shareholder
- Generous benefits package including $45,000 employer contribution to 401k plan, once eligible.
