Outpatient Urology Partnership Opportunity in Jackson, TN - No Nights or Weekends
Position Highlights:
Full-time outpatient Urology opportunity with a physician-owned multispecialty group in West Tennessee
Join a growing team with 1 Urologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner
No night or weekend responsibilities
Access to a new, state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center
Minimal buy-in at the end of year 1, full partnership by year 3
Practice & Facility Features:
Over 100 physician partners across 25 specialties
>35 primary care providers offer a strong built-in referral base
Outpatient lab, radiology, pharmacy, and optical dispensary on site
Allscripts Touchworks EHR system
Clinical research and resident teaching opportunities available
Compensation & Benefits:
2-year guaranteed base salary
Up to 6 weeks vacation plus 10 days of educational leave annually
$3,000 annual CME allowance
8-week sabbatical leave
Relocation reimbursement up to $10,000
401k with profit sharing
