Urologist Opportunity — Join a High-Demand, Well-Supported Practice

We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a thriving, well-established urology group in a growing healthcare system that’s deeply committed to excellence and innovation. With a high volume of referrals, modern facilities, and a supportive team behind you, this is an ideal setting whether you're building your practice or taking it to the next level.

What You Can Expect

A Strong Practice Foundation
You'll walk into a busy, fully-equipped urology clinic featuring:

  • 20 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms

  • 3 surgery schedulers, 6 front desk staff, 8 medical assistants, and 2 RNs

  • In-office procedures like cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, bladder Botox, and BCG instillations

Incredible Referral Network
You’ll benefit from a robust network that drives 200+ referrals per day from across the region—ensuring you’re never short on patients.

Experienced APP Support
Work alongside five skilled Advanced Practice Providers who support both outpatient and inpatient care, so you can focus where you're needed most.

In the OR

  • Operate in modern facilities with access to high-watt lasers, fixed system rooms, and instruments tailored to urology

  • Group block time means predictable, consistent OR access

  • Quick turnover times, thanks to a dedicated and efficient OR team

  • Additional access to other surgical campuses provides flexibility

Schedule & Call Structure

  • Flexible call rotations — designed with out-of-town providers in mind

  • Goal: 1 week of call per month

  • Inpatient care is covered Monday–Friday by APPs, offering strong continuity of care without burning you out

What Sets Us Apart

  • Demand for Subspecialties: There’s strong need for oncologic and minimally invasive procedures, giving you room to carve out your niche

  • Collaborative Team Culture: You’ll join a collegial, expanding group that’s planning to add two more urologists to meet demand

  • Group-Based Scheduling: Our block time model reduces conflicts and enhances OR access

  • No Contracted Staff: All nurses and techs are fully integrated employees—stable, consistent, and team-oriented

What We’re Looking For

  • A Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist

  • Someone who values collaboration and is excited to be part of a growing practice

  • A passion for high-quality, patient-centered care
