Neuro-Intensivist Opportunity - Expanding Neurocritical Care Program
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Setting: Hospital-Based (ICU - Comprehensive Stroke & Trauma Centers)
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights:
* Join a multi-disciplinary team of 8 Neuro-Intensivists
* Expand services across two major hospitals
* Provide neurocritical care coverage for acute stroke, neurotrauma, and complex neurosurgical cases
* Primary service for unplanned admissions and consultative support for elective neurosurgery
* 24/7 Advanced Practice Clinician support with ICU cross-coverage
* Opportunities for clinical research, teaching, and leadership in GME and Simulation Center initiatives
* Multimodal neuromonitoring (ICP, PbtO2) with plans for continued expansion
Ideal Candidate:
* Board-Certified MD or DO
* Fellowship-trained in Neurocritical Care
* Comfortable managing acute stroke care and complex neurologic critical illness
* Committed to academic collaboration and multidisciplinary team leadership
