Job Opportunity: Urologist in Brattleboro, VT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive urological care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Deliver care in outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital settings.
• Collaborate with an established urologist and nurse practitioner within a single-site practice.
• Perform surgical procedures in new, state-of-the-art operating rooms.
• Conduct hospital consultations and manage urological emergencies in the emergency department.
• Participate in a light on-call rotation, with a 1:4 call schedule for 7 days a month.
• Manage an average of 14–16 patients per day.
• Support departmental succession planning through active engagement and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for effective diagnosis and treatment.
• Open to new graduates; candidates with lapsed board certification will be considered if willing to recertify.

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
• Completion of an accredited urology residency program in the United States or Canada.
• Clean malpractice history.
• Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start).

Licenses and Certification Requirements:

• Certification by the American Board of Urology (ABU).
• DEA registration.
• BLS certification.
