A well-established urology practice in Salem, Oregon, is looking for a general urologist to join a growing team. This practice has been a pillar in the community for 25 years and recently transitioned from private practice to an employed model. With a loyal patient base and high demand for urological care, this opportunity allows you to build your subspecialty focus while benefiting from a strong referral network.
Our Practice:
Established Patient Base - One urologist currently manages a 5,000+ patient panel.
Improved Call Schedule - A recently hired Urology Hospitalist is helping reduce call burden, with further improvements expected as the team expands.
Diverse Clinical Opportunities - Ability to focus on areas of interest, including:
Female incontinence
Cystectomy
Advanced cancer cases
Nephrectomy
Robotic prostatectomy
Vasectomy reversals
Undescended testicles
Our Opportunity:
4-Day Workweek - 3 days in clinic, 1 OR day
Balanced Workload - Physicians see approximately 30 patients per day, with procedures scheduled on the hour
Call Schedule - Currently 1:6, improving as more urologists are hired
Advanced Technology - Robotic surgery available for urology cases
Mentorship Available - Open to new graduates and experienced providers
