A well-established nonprofit healthcare organization in Northern California is looking for a urologist to join a collaborative, patient-focused practice with a broad procedural mix, modern technology, and a schedule that actually respects your time outside of work. Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, with minimal call and a compensation package that rewards both your clinical work and your commitment.
Practice Details
- Full-spectrum urology, including ureteroscopy, PCNL, vasectomy, female urology, urodynamics, cystoscopy, PTNS, and robotic surgery
- Da Vinci surgical robots, Cerner EMR, and Dragon Medical dictation enhanced by Augmedix AI for streamlined workflow
- Manageable patient volume with a quick ramp-up period and a supportive, team-based environment
- Diverse procedural mix designed to keep the work clinically engaging over the long haul
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Approximately 10 call days per month with additional compensation for call exceeding 5 days, and enhanced call rates in subsequent years
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $575,000 with performance-based incentive opportunities
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- 5 weeks PTO, CME time with a $5,000 annual allowance, and 401(k) with employer match
- Malpractice coverage with tail included
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Comfortable with a broad procedural mix, including robotic surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in California
