Job Responsibilities
Minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgical techniques
Complex stone disease and endourologic management
Managing BPH with via all possible modalities or the latest technologically advanced options (holep, greenlight, TURP, TUBE, simple prostatectomy, rezum, etc).
Ambulatory and inpatient procedural volume in a state-of-the-art urology practice setting
Qualifications
Requirements:
MD/DO or equivalent degree
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency
License or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Iowa
Fellowship training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive Surgery, or related sub-specialty
Desirable Qualifications:
Prior experience or interest in teaching residents and medical students
Demonstrated commitment to academic scholarship, process improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration
Interest in clinical trials, surgical innovation, and resident education
