Start Date: June 24 - ongoing for long-term coverage
Details/Requirements:
--Coverage consists of Monday-Friday Clinic and OR shifts. Typical schedule consists of 4 clinic days with 1 OR day each week. 8am - 5pm. No Call.
--Scheduling consists of 2 week on/2 week off rotation to best serve our community. We have a clinic space ready for the Urologist, and a Da Vinci Xi Robot onsite
--EMR is MediTech/Athena
--Patients Per Shift: 20
--Trauma Level 3 Facility
--Must be Board Certified
--Fellowship: Preferred
--Licensed in Michigan or IMLC
--ACLS required
--Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
