Iowa Urologist 4-Day Work Week and $195K Sign-On

Schedule:

• Opportunity to cultivate your practice within an established framework
• Providers have autonomy in determining workload and can opt for a 4 or 4.5-day workweek
• Dedicated block schedule for the OR - 5 ORs (1 OR specific to Urology)

• Our hospital group of for Urology is made up of 4 Urologists and 1 APP - plenty of room to grow
• You will have access to a strong support staff and top-notch facilities
• New medical office buildings 2026
• Da Vinci XI Robot and pain Anesthesiologist on staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total compensation potential could be in 90th percentile
• $600,000 salary with $195,000 sign-on bonus
• Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
