Location: Oregon
Rate: hourly
Expenses: Flight, Lodging, Rental Car, Mileage if local
Need: Locum Urologist
Certifications: BC-Urology
Experience: 1 year+
License: Active Oregon license preferred, willing to wait for new Oregon license if need be
Credentialing: 30 days or ASAP
Schedule: Mon-Friday 8-hour days 8a-5p (possibly take 10 hr days for 4 days/week
Call: 1 day a week, and 1:5 for weekends Fri-Sun
Dates open: Can start someone with active OR license and clean background within 30 days!
Other Info: Epic EMR, 20-25 ppd in clinic. No OR procedures. Great facility to work at and this need will be ongoing!
