Seeking locum tenens urology coverage for two weeks per month. 9-12 months coverage available to begin as soon as credentialed.
Shifts:
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
OR Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Candidate must be able to perform both surgeries and clinic duties.
24hr Call Coverage: May be available, but the focus is on day clinical shifts.
Duties:
Inpatient rounding, Clinic call patients, ED/ACC consults
Yes:
Endoscopic techniques, PCNL, Ureteroscopy, TURP, TURBT, Hydrocelectomy, Spermatocelectomy, Circumcision
Vasectomy,Cystoscopy,Prostate biopsies, Fertility workup, Incontinence operations, IPP, ESWL
No:
Robotics, Admissions, Procedures outside of general urology, Laparoscopy, PLND, Cystectomy
Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Partial nephrectomy, Adrenalectomy, Renal bladder ultrasound
Transplant, Pediatric Urology
EMR: EPIC
REQUIRED:
GA state license; active, unrestricted., or IMLC LOQ (In-hand).
BC or True Board Eligible (2-5 years post residency-training)-Urology.
DEA & CS, BLS & ACLS
COMPENSATION:
Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.).
