Join an independent physician group of over 50 providers and have total say in every aspect of your practice.
Practice Details:
• Physician-Led Group - You choose your schedule, appointment times, patient panel, and more
• General Urology with the opportunity to develop your subspecialty interest
• 4-day work week with no call
• DaVinci Robot and block OR time available
• Highly experienced Urology APP and with multiple LPN's and MA's
• Largest primary care referral base in the region with over 20 providers
• 21 specialties represented in the group for collaboration and camaraderie
• Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee in the $650K+ range with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
• Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
• $100K sign-on plus relocation expenses, health insurance, 401k, CME, and more in a comprehensive benefits package
