Urology Physician Opportunity in Southern United States

This is an opportunity to establish yourself as the go-to Urologist in a community that has been waiting for local access to care. With a hospital-employed model, strong referral network, and early Friday finishes, you'll have both the support and the lifestyle balance you've been looking for.

Practice Overview

• Solo, hospital-employed practice with dedicated support staff (RNs, MA, receptionist)
• Clinic located next to the hospital with 3 exam rooms and Athena EMR
• Access to 5 hospital ORs with priority scheduling (no robotics required)
• Referral base includes hospital-employed physicians, OB/GYN group, and multiple private practices serving a draw area of 70K-110K

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am-12:00 pm
• Option for a 4-day work week
• Call: 10 days/month, including 1 weekend; additional call compensated
• Level III ER - phone consults typical, trauma cases transferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary with RVU bonus structure
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $10,000 annual quality bonus
• 30 days PTO + 5 CME days with $3,000 allowance
