Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Urologist physician to work locum shifts in Dothan, Alabama (AL). Starting in December 2025, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.
The Urology role:
To provide ER call coverage and inpatient consult rounding. No procedures are expected outside of general Urology. Patient admissions are managed by hospitalists.
Location: Dothan, AL,
Schedule: Weekend coverage: Friday 07:00 AM through Monday 07:00 AM
Current Dates of Coverage:
December 12th-December 13th
December 26th-December 30th
Ongoing need based on monthly call schedule of medical staff
EMR: Cerner
Requirements of the Urologist role:
AL state license; active, unrestricted
Board certified Urologist
AL State DEA
BLS
