Job Opportunity - Urologist in Ashtabula, Ohio

Job Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 17-20 office/clinic patients per day (non-negotiable)
- Utilize the DaVinci surgical robotic system for procedures
- Work a negotiable full-time schedule in a hospital-based outpatient/clinic setting
- Participate in on-call duties 10 days per month
- Leverage a well-defined referral source from affiliated primary care physicians
- Treat a balanced patient demographic comprising 50% adults and 50% geriatrics
- Conduct 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient care
- Collaborate with 2 other urologists in the group
- Utilize onsite lab and X-ray facilities, along with ancillary office staff support
- Familiarity with EMR - EPIC is required
- Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start)
- Experience in general urology and advanced techniques including laparoscopic surgeries and endoscopic procedures
License and Certification Requirements
- Must hold a valid Ohio medical license or be willing to obtain one
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Must have a DEA registration before starting the position
- Experience with specific urological procedures (as outlined in the job description)
