Job Opportunity: Urologist in Ashtabula, OH

Join us at a leading healthcare facility in Ashtabula, OH, where we are seeking a dedicated Urologist to enhance our multispecialty group practice. With over 60 employed providers, you’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage an average of 17-20 patients per day in an office/clinic setting.
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including the DaVinci surgical robotic system.
• Engage in hospital-based outpatient care and clinic services.
• Participate in on-call duties for 10 days per month.
• Receive well-defined referrals from our employed and affiliated primary care physicians.
• Serve an adult and geriatric patient population, with 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient cases.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 current urologists and additional ancillary staff.
• Leverage on-site lab and X-ray facilities, as well as the EPIC EMR system.
• Credentialing process expected within 30-60 days.
• Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• Valid Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA license (must be obtained prior to start).
• Experience with a variety of urology procedures, including but not limited to: General Urology, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Nephrectomy, and Incontinence Procedures.
• Must be within a 40-mile radius or willing to relocate.
• Eligibility for visa support (J1 or H1B) if needed.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology (Required).
• OH medical license (or willing to obtain, Required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain, Required).
• DEA registration (Required to be obtained before start).
