Practice Highlights:
• Team of 3 Urologists partnered with 3 experienced APPs.
• Manageable patient volumes with light, well-covered call.
• Clinic + block time in the OR with smooth scheduling.
• Da Vinci XI robotics and advanced imaging on-site.
• Efficient systems and Epic EMR for streamlined care.
Compensation & Package:
• $510,000 base salary + wRVU incentives.
• $45,000 sign-on bonus + relocation support.
• $100,000 student loan repayment available.
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, CME, and 401(k).
