We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Urology in Ohio

Position Details:

• Patient Population: 50% adult, 50% geriatric
• Setting: Hospital-Based Outpatient/Clinic
• Responsibilities: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy
• Required Procedures: See above
• EMR System: EPIC
• Support Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
• Days Per Month: 10 days on call per month
• On-Call/Weekends: 10 days on call per month

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology
• OH license (or willing to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain)
• State experience with procedures listed above
• Provider must be within a 40-mile radius or willing to relocate
• Visa support available (J1 or H1B)
• Must not have applied directly to this position
