- TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years or eligibility and working toward BC) or Board Certified in Urology - REQUIRED
- NY License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or able to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Robotics certification - PREFERRED
