Join Our Team as a Urology Physician in Findlay, OH

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urology physician to join our dedicated team full-time in Central/NW Ohio. Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots, to provide advanced care for both adult and pediatric patients. As part of a larger health system, we have access to innovative diagnostic equipment and treatment techniques, specializing in disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Our facility is committed to serving our community effectively and compassionately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supportive medical staff, operations team, and leadership.
• Enjoy autonomy with scheduling, patient volume, and practice operations.
• Maintain a balanced professional and personal lifestyle.

• Utilize advanced surgical and robotic technology.
• Work flexible office hours with an average of 20-30 patients per day.
• Manage 1.5-2 OR days per week depending on surgical volume.
• Perform various office procedures, including cystoscopies and biopsies.
• Access to a 24-hour in-house hospitalist service for ED admissions.
• Participate in surgical cases across multiple facilities.
• Maintain a very light call schedule (1:3) primarily for phone consultations.
• Utilize specialized equipment and technologies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology.
• Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• Current DEA registration.
• Clean malpractice history and active medical license.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (REQUIRED).
• Ohio license or willingness to obtain (REQUIRED).
• DEA registration obtained prior to start (REQUIRED).
• Clean malpractice and license records (REQUIRED).
