Exciting Opportunity for a Urology Physician in Findlay, Ohio!

Join a dynamic and innovative practice located in Central/NW Ohio, specializing in advanced urological care for both adults and pediatrics. This full-time position offers state-of-the-art facilities, including da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots, and is part of a health system serving an extensive eight-county area in Northwest Ohio. Become an integral part of a supportive team that is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a supportive medical staff and leadership.
  • Maintain autonomy in scheduling, patient volumes, and practice operations.
  • Balance professional and personal lifestyle effectively.
  • Engage with local administration for all decision-making.
  • Provide quality time with patients who appreciate your care.
  • Participate in surgical procedures, including cystos, vasectomies, and biopsy procedures.
  • Perform on-site surgeries using advanced robotic technology.
  • Accept mentorship and provide guidance to residents and new graduates.
  • Utilize robust subspecialty support and advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Manage office hours and patient care efficiently, averaging 20-30 patients daily.
  • Participate in a call rotation with a maximum 1:3 ratio, mostly phone consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Available to obtain an Ohio medical license.
  • DEA certification required prior to start.
  • Clean malpractice history.
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).
  • Not accepting visa candidates or locum tenens providers.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
  • DEA certification must be completed before starting the position.
