We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Urology in Ohio.

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adults and Pediatrics
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Surgical
- Responsibilities: Office procedures (cystos, vasectomy, biopsies, Botox injections, etc.) and surgical cases (1.5-2 OR days/week)
- Required Procedures: Robotics expertise, laparoscopic and minimally invasive urology procedures
- EMR System: Cerner
- Support Staff: 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
- Days Per Month: Flexible office hours, averaging 20-30 patients/day
- On-Call/Weekends: No more than 1:3, very light with mostly phone consultations
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Urology - REQUIRED
- OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Date of agency's last communication with provider - REQUIRED
