- Located in Carrollton, GA - Atlanta 35m
- Full-time, permanent position
- $600,000 starting salary
- Sign-on and starting bonus of $125K
- Moving Allowance
- Group has 3 MDs and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
- Ambulatroy Surgery Center in the same building as office space in Carrollton
- Group started in mid 1970s
- 1:4 call
- Will perform surgery in Carrollton, Villa Rica and Bremen
